Fees:
Please email me to discuss my current fee. I encourage you to let me know if my fee is prohibitive as limited sliding scale appointments are available. I offer 50-minute individual, couples and family sessions and 90 minute family and couples sessions.
I also offer a free 15-minute phone consultation to determine if my experience and approach aligns with your needs.
I accept checks, credit cards and HSA debit cards.
Insurance:
I am an Out of Network service provider for all insurance plans. Many health insurance carriers allow you to apply for reimbursement for services from an out-of-network provider. Please contact your insurance company to determine what your out of network benefits are and I will provide you with a statement of services to enable you to seek reimbursement.
Cancellation:
Your appointment time is reserved for you. Please notify me by phone at least 48 hours in advance if you must cancel. If you are unable to make your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified me at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.
