I have an eclectic orientation to therapy that integrates the connection focus of attachment theory, the honoring of the relationship found in the relational tradition and a straightforward direct stance natural to my personality.  I believe in the power of tears and laughter and seek out opportunities for my clients to engage in both.

I believe that every person and every situation is unique, but that the need for support, understanding and connection are universal.   I make every effort to tailor individual sessions in a way that is most helpful to the individual, I rely on honest feedback and communication to help you find what you need.
